Original artwork
Every original is one of a kind. Availability is confirmed by the studio before payment. Framing, certification and condition details are shared with the buyer for each work.
Fine-art prints
Prints are produced to order using archival pigment inks and art paper. Available sizes, edition details and production time are confirmed in the inquiry response.
Shipping
Works are packed securely and sent with tracking. Shipping price and estimated delivery depend on size, destination and insurance requirements.
Returns
Because originals and prints require careful handling, return terms are agreed before purchase and follow the applicable consumer rules for the destination.
Copyright
Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer reproduction rights. All images and artworks remain copyright of Lina Poluna unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Commissions
Commission timing, scope, price and revision boundaries are documented before work begins. A deposit may be required to reserve studio time.
The final legal, payment, shipping and returns language must be reviewed for Lina's country of business and delivery markets before launch.
